Workplace Educational Talks

Short (20 min.) educational talks are done free of charge and are specifically designed to help reduce workplace absenteeism due to musculoskeletal (ex. Low back, neck, shoulder) pain. These talks are perfect for employee Lunch and Learn sessions as they are quick and informative. Furthermore they give the employee the necessary knowledge to prevent further injury and to create positive change in their situation.
